Sattva Meditation is a kriya and mantra-based system. It is a seated meditation practice
stemming from the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic Tradition. This comprehensive, simple and effective technique
consists of Breathwork, Kriya and Mantra, and benefits all aspects of one’s life.
